Conference Refereed Proceedings

Each year the ASPERA annual conference is hosted by one or a group of universities from the ASPERA network, and given a theme. From the conference, selected presentations are developed into full papers for the refereed proceedings, which are subjected to blind peer review.

The purpose of the annual conference refereed proceedings is to showcase the work of emerging and existing researchers in the ASPERA network, and more broadly, to develop the discipline of screen production research. It is hoped that the scholarly work found in the refereed proceedings can inform wider debates about screen practice and screen studies, and also become a basis from which further scholarly work can be developed.
